Mom couldn't find Daisy this morning.
We went from room to room looking for her and nothing.
She had vanished.
Until I remembered that Mom hadn't made her bed yet.
I found her in Mom and Dad's bed pretending to be asleep. She knew we were looking for her.
I smelled her (dust and wet grass) before I saw her.
Guilty
She didn't have anything to say for herself.
