Yep, finally got to stand on the dining table at the lake.
But there was nothing good to smell or eat.
I'd been had.
By a Tick.
Don't know where Dad got this idea.
At least it was a 4th of July lighter ...
Kinda felt like he was checking if I was "done".
The indignity of it all ...
Good news: the tick screamed and let go of me.
Really was too horrible to put into words.
Mom and Dad took me out for a walk and a I got a little lake time in after my ordeal.
Very refreshing.
All was mostly forgotten and forgiven by the time I went on the pontoon for a lake cruise with everyone.
Yep, it feels good to be tick free and cruise'n.
*smiling*
Oh-noes!
ReplyDeleteSure that was an ordeal!
Glad your Dad got rid of that mean thick!
And sure it was great you enjoyed a nice splashing time!
Take care
Kisses and hugs

Thanks! Hope your space is tick free!
ReplyDeleteGood thing you told us first that there was a tick on you, otherwise I would have thought Dad was getting ready to toss you on the BBQ for dinner! Glad the tick let go and you can return to your vacation bug free!
